Got a question for you. Why aren't your other body parts getting the same mad attention? Why don't you shred all of your workouts like there is no tomorrow... Like you are in total beast mode? I'm not saying that your other workouts are fruitless. I'm just saying that even though FEARING your workout may be a little much, you should focus on giving your whole body the same type of attention. Your body wants to grow and change symetrically. You've seem those guys with great upper bodies and no legs? Ever wonder why their progress seems to slow down and sometimes even stop
Try to do more full body workouts and rest for shorter periods of time in between exercises. You will notice a whole new level of intensity and hopefully develop a whole new LOVE/HATE relationship with your training!
